R.I.P. TeeBall
Well, Michael's TeeBall career is offially over. He just completed his second year in the program, and they're calling him up to the minors next year, where the coaches pitch, and they actually keep score. Despite the fabulous stats that Michael put up (he batted 1.000), his team wasn't able to do better than 0-0-16 over his tenure. We seemed to tie every week, no matter how well they played. Kind of strange. All in all, he had fun, and that's the most important part. At least, that's what you'll hear me say, even if inside I'm thinking that the time to hire a professional trainer is just around the corner. Enjoy the pics from this year's games.
How to play TeeBall, by Michael. Step One: Put up glove half-heartedly.
Step Two: After catching the ball, set yourself to return the throw.
Step Three: Use a smooth throwing motion.
Step Four: Put your hand back in your pocket while you're not using it.

Poor guy, sandwiched between two annoying girls. It doesn't get any better as you get older, pal. Just learn to accept it.

Run Forest!
