These shots are totally right from the movie 'Total Recall', where Kuato emerges from George the Revolutionary Mutant's body. However, Enzo is MUCH cuter than Kuato.

I'm not sure i even saw it once....
actually, now that i look at the total recall synopsis, i think i may have seen parts of it.
