Enzo SITREP (situation report)
Enzo visited with Dr. Stevenson for his six-month check-up yesterday, and the conclusion; he's a darn big baby. He weighed in at 18 pounds 5 1/2 ounces, which is in the 50th to 75th percentile. He is 28 5/8" long, which puts him in the 95th percentile. He was also the recipient of four shots, and was not happy about it. He also wasn't happy when Sal held him down and ripped off the band-aids a few hours later. All in all, Dr. Stevenson was very happy with his health and development, and couldn't believe that Enzo is sitting up.
He's also starting to show signs of wanting to crawl. I have to thank Camden for his unending patience with Enzo, who will, from a sitting position, fall forward onto Cam, and then proceed to grab fur, ears, collars, whiskers and anythig else he can get his fat fingers on. And Cam just sits there and takes it. But Enzo's excitement at seeing the cat, and wanting to move towards him, I think is inspiring him to crawl. At this pace, he shouldbe hitting from the tee by his first birthday!
