Happy Birthday!!!

At 5:43 p.m. yesterday, Michael turned 7 years old. I know, I know, I should have posted this yesterday, but I left work early to spend the afternoon with the birthday boy. We spent some time in the local arcade, then headed over to the local pizza joint for dinner, and then back home for some ice cream to top it off.

His party was held this past weekend. We had a few of his friends over for some cake (more on that to follow), and then drove over to the Snow Bowl for some evening tubin'. After a whirlwind evening of cake, ice cream, toys and tubing, Sal and I felt confident that we had fullfilled our responsibility to send other peoples' kids home completely sugared up and frenzied from tubing. Our job was done.
